Buying from my shop means you're supporting an author in a DIRECT way, allowing me more opportunities to create the stories you love! And I enjoy rewarding my readers with exclusive bundles, signed copies, and deals - including some really fun merchandise.
If you read ebooks, you'll still be able to read your book on ANY device: Kindles, your phone or tablet, computer, etc. See the next question!
After checking out, your ebook will be delivered to your email within minutes! The email will come from BookFunnel, which sets up a seamless experience to get your book on any device you choose to use. Just follow the instructions in the email and you'll be reading within minutes!
If you have any trouble downloading, reach out to me! BookFunnel also has amazing customer support, and they'll get you squared away in no time.
I accept all major credit cards, Paypal, as well as Apple & Google wallet payments. My shop runs on Shopify, and everything is handled securely through their Shop Pay portal. All you need is a debit or credit card, and you'll be set!
Shipping
I currently ship only within the U.S. For international customers, please click here to shop for my books.
Books are in stock and ready to ship within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive.
Merchandise is made-to-order by a separate printing partner, and production times vary.
If you need your item faster, you can choose a faster shipping method when you check out.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email from me containing your tracking information. Simply click on the provided link in the email to view the current status and location of your shipment. If you encounter any issues or have further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Merchandise other than books are shipped separately by my printing partner. If you order books and merchandise, this means you may receive TWO packages (at no extra cost to you). Using a fulfillment partner for merchandise allows me to have more time to focus on writing my books! :)
Returns
If your item arrives damaged or you're otherwise unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 30 days of purchase to make arrangements for a return. I'm happy to make it right!
I'll notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since I’ve approved your return, please contact me.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
