Shipping policy
1. General Information All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses specified during the checkout process.
3. Delivery Time
- Books: Orders will be shipped within 4-5 business days from the date of purchase. The delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen by the customer during the checkout process. Once shipped, an email notification with tracking details will be provided.
- Other Merchandise: Items other than signed books, such as print-on-demand products, might be shipped separately by my supplier. This approach allows me to focus more on writing and signing books to offer you a unique experience. Delivery times for these items might vary.
- Ebooks and Audiobooks: Upon successful purchase, ebooks and audiobooks will be delivered instantly via email through BookFunnel. Ensure you provide a valid email address during checkout to facilitate smooth delivery.
- Pre-Orders: Pre-ordered books will be shipped by the release date. Pre-ordered ebooks and audiobooks will be delivered the day of release via email through BookFunnel.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
5. Damaged Items in Transport If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact me immediately.
